Saturday Row 1st October 10.30am

Whilst the weather is not great for Saturday ( light rain and F4/5 WSW winds), it would be a shame not to row.   So meet at 10.30am , launch and we will row down Chichester Harbour to Verner and back before having a relaxing drink at the Oak before the  heavier rain comes.

So please post as usual by 9pm Friday and check forum after 9.00am Saturday in case there is a change of plan or weather is not as good as forecast.

Hi I am cancelling the row today as heavy rain is forecast from 10.30 - 12.30 and I think it would not be sensible on safety grounds.

Great pity, but correct decision - if only because we like to row FOR PLEASURE don't we? Getting drenched doesn't usually make life more pleasurable!
