Crikey, it's him again, I hear you cry. I failed to look at the diary before I volunteered for the mid-week row.
Sorry.
Anyway, the weather forecast is reasonable with light westerly winds. High water is 1055, so I suggest a row down to the Ferry Beach Hut for elevenses. We will meet at 0900, returning midday-ish in time for a quick pint in the Royal Oak.

The ladies crew in training for the Round IoW record challenge are planning a long row tomorrow (Sat 15th) and would need a galley.

We intend launching as soon as there is sufficient water (8.30ish we hope) and heading off for 4-5 hours as the big tide should allow this.

I hope this is ok.

That will be fine. There are two galleys, plus Gladys and all the smaller boats. Room for all!

OK chaps, not enough people to fill a Claydon and I have had an urgent request to help with gig training first thing tomorrow. So the excursion row is cancelled - Sorry!

Peter - unfortunately, we dont have enough to fill a Clayton and Chris has cancelled the event, see comment above. I Will look at tides and times over next couple of weeks and try to organise a Clayton row with a bit more lead time.
