OK. At the moment it seems about 4 for am and 4 for pm. I'm happy personally to do both, though I suspect that Marilyn for one may not relish anything other than a galley ('cos to do both the am one will probably have to employ a Teifi). Can you amend your posts if you wish/are able to alter your am/pm preferences. I think that at the moment the pm option seems more viable.....but keep watching this space.

I think we will be OK at 18.30. There should be enough water by the time we get the boats onto the beach. May have to steer carefully to get away...
