There looks like an opportunity to row this Sunday morning as the wind appears to abating and the high tide time (08:44) just about gives sufficient time for a reasonable row.

We will meet just before 08:00 and just have a row up Chichester harbour and back as there will be insufficient time for a stop somewhere.
