THURSDAY mid week row @ 11.30 social row and HRR training

Hi All,

Thursday is looking perfect for a good row somewhere including the opportunity to get some HRR training in.

HW is 13.36 and its a 4.3 spring tide.

MEET @ 11.30

Very sunny and with a Force 3 NE gusting F4

Bring sunscreen ( UV levels are 7 ) - water - layers - Hats.

Meet time is 11.30 and we should be back at the Mill around 15.00
