Hi all,
I am opting for tomorrow for the excursion row as it looks dry with a bit of sunshine and light winds. High tide is noon ( 4.95m) so I suggest we meet at the Mill at 10am. It would be lovely to get to the cafe by the Ferryboat if we can but let's look at the weather on the day. Please bring layers as the wind is a northerly and it can be quite chilly when the sun goes in.

I would dearly have liked to row this week, but (I'm sure Andrew will understand) I'm drawn even more to learn a bit more about bistatic radar this Tuesday.
Any chance of extra rows later in the week anyone???
Hi all,
So if I am reading it right in between all the social plans of the people who don't want to come, would rather go a different day, need to exchange illicit goods, or have to work for a living (since when did this positing for a row thing become part of social media!!) the crew list looks like ...
Me
Dee
Jacky
Lesley
Les
Martin
Andrew B
Ally
Steve F
Richard
and Steve W if he can escape from the computer.
This is excellent as it means we can take two of our larger craft to be chosen by popular vote :-)
It looks as if the weather will be good so lets plan to go to the Ferryboat for bacon baps at John's or a trip to the Pub for those who prefer that. See you all tomorrow !
Rather late for me to post, but would there be space? With Richard, Steve F , les and myself, maybe e could do a lap of honour in Gladys as a winning crew.
Ok so Dee and Steve can't make it but Geoff, Barry and Mark can so by my reconing we are back to 12 which is great. Not sure how I feel about all the men going off in another boat but I guess that's life :-(
