Training Rows - following open rows

Steve Woods
Crew,

Please see the new rowing diary (Many Thanks Rachel) as usual please arrange swaps if not convenient.

Training Rows have been added to prompt crews training for the Great River Race and for the opportunity to improve technique, endurance and agility. Please post, ideally come along and help with the Open Rows then take the boats from HW for 2 hours at race pace to sort technique, practice changes, coxing, coxing commands and build stamina, even if you are not going to the GRR still feel free to join in.

Once crews and captains have been announced captains please feel free to organise priority for crews.

Any questions or clarification required please text or email me

Cheers
Steve Woods

Hi folks just back from Bordeaux, France , again !, the weather was a lovely 45 degrees centigrade !
and a relaxing flight back landing at 4am after complete chaos at Eazy Jet
(bird strike/terrorist threat/French Air traffic Controllers Strike were all given as excuses)

I see my name is down for tomorrow 30th June at 9am
i am not sure what it means
maybe it is a training row
and i am not currently 100% sure i can get there

I will confirm one way or the other as soon as i know.
