The best weather window for a row this week is on Tuesday, but Rachel is visiting her mum that day so I have offered to organise. High water is at 12:30 and there is a possibility of rain in the afternoon, so I suggest we go out at 10:30 for a brisk row down the harbour, to Verner perhaps, returning to the Royal Oak for a quick one afterwards.
