Get Up and Go! Second Open Day 6th July Northney Marina CALL FOR HELP!

Dear Cutters, the second (and last) Open Day for the Get Up and Go! Programme is set for Saturday the 6th July at the Unit in Northney Marina.

HBC have been advertising it and have around 20 people interested already...

So if people can spare an hour or 2 on the day that would be a big help.

We offer them tea and cake (yes cake); show them the St Ayles Skiffs and and - weather permitting - take them for a row in 2's with a couple of good rowers in the boat helping.

Usual response please here, and if you can be there to talk up rowing in any capacity, please do come along - even for an hour...

 I believe the course is advertised as being from 10-00 to 16-00, in which case count me in. From the applications so far (and past event turn-up) what are likely to be the busiest times / and/or the times when I would be most useful?

Now, one of the Skiffs is upside down and being painted... now owned by HBC and being repainted to Get Up and Go! Colours.. 

Steve has suggested we take ove a Galley on Saturday morning at around 10 and bring here back at 3pm... the tide is about right... 

So volunteers please to meet at the Oak and row over Sallyport??
